Job Description

This role involves leading the development and implementation of portfolio management strategies to drive organisational performance.

  • Progress the delivery of investment prioritisation, portfolio management and performance management to manage risk and focus on priority outcomes, consistent with strategic direction.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio, programs, projects, core business and corporate performance including risk, outputs, outcomes and benefits.
  • Analyse information and clearly communicate useful findings about portfolio, programs, projects, core business to support effective decision-making and performance management by Senior Leaders and governance committees.
  • Provide advice and build capability in portfolio, programs, projects, core business and performance management through education, training and communities of practice.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, information papers, reports and correspondence on portfolio, programs, projects, core business and corporate performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. They will be highly motivated and self-directed, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Deep understanding of investment prioritisation, portfolio management, and performance management principles and practices.
  • Able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
