Job Overview

Aviation Component Technicians are responsible for maintaining and certifying a wide range of components across various systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need to ensure that all components meet the required standards of quality and excellence.

This involves inspecting parts for replacement, reassembling components according to established procedures, and verifying component assembly paperwork and part traceability.

Additionally, you will be required to record measurement, testing, and inspection data on work orders or documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tear down and clean components, inspecting parts for damage or wear.
  • Reassemble components according to maintenance manuals or shop procedures, including inspections and tests.
  • Verify component assembly paperwork and part traceability, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Record measurement, testing, and inspection data on work orders or documents, accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the aviation components industry.
  • Relevant trade qualifications and certifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
