Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a national support specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate support for orders, invoicing, and dispatch ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Assist with overflow sales and customer enquiries across phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure accuracy in quotes and technical checks, driving exceptional results.
  • Develop expertise in MRT products, providing guidance to customers and team members alike.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for organisation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in retail, wholesale, or call centre environments.
  • A genuine passion for automotive products and 4x4 solutions.
