Water Accounts Officer Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage accurate and timely water account processing, coordination of meter reading cycles, and support debt recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely water account processing and reporting
- Outstanding customer service and resolution of billing enquiries
- Strong collaboration across teams to support financial operations and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in accounting, financial management, business or related discipline (or extensive relevant experience)
- Excellent organisational, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Understanding of water industry principles and billing processes
