  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth, innovation, and underwriting best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to the evolution of our underwriting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:">

Lead the underwriting of complex motor portfolios, applying expert judgement and leveraging digital tools to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Requirements:">

6+ years of insurance experience, including motor underwriting and sales.

  • Business degree or equivalent, with ANZIIF CIP Senior Insurance Qualification.
  • Proven success in driving digital transformation or innovation within underwriting.
  • Strong understanding of underwriting systems, digital platforms, and data analytics.
  • Skilled in risk assessment using both traditional and digital methodologies.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator with internal teams and external partners.
