The Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will manage client care for physical or psychological injuries, guiding them through recovery and return to work. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the primary contact, offering expert advice and personalized support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional, Vocational, Initial Needs, and ADL assessments to inform tailored rehabilitation plans.">
  • Attend medical case conferences, collaborating with specialists for comprehensive care.">
  • Coordinate with allied health professionals, doctors, and employers for seamless client management.">
  • Build strong relationships with insurers and brokers to support client outcomes.">
  • Ensure effective communication between all parties involved in the client's rehabilitation.">
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful recovery and return to work.">

What We Offer

">

We offer a competitive salary of up to $110,000 per annum, plus a car allowance. You will also have access to a lucrative bonus scheme, earning up to an additional 20% of your salary. Additionally, we provide a $2000 annual allowance for professional growth and development.

Your Qualifications and Experience

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology, along with full AHPRA or ESSA registration. You must also possess unrestricted Australian working rights and a current driver's license with a comprehensively insured vehicle.
