Lead a Team of Passionate Veterinarians

We are seeking a seasoned veterinarian to join our team at Greencross Vets Warners Bay. As a Veterinary Director, you will lead a dynamic team of veterinarians and nurses who share your passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of veterinarians and nurses in providing top-tier veterinary care to our clients
  • Develop and implement clinical standards and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with our Specialist network to provide evidence-based diagnoses and treatments
  • Mentor and develop junior veterinarians and nurses
  • Design and manage your roster to achieve a balance between work and personal life

Requirements:

  • A Veterinary degree from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC)
  • At least 4 years post-graduation experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Strong clinical leadership and management skills
  • A desire to mentor and develop junior veterinarians and nurses
