About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Director to join our team at Greencross Vets Warners Bay. As a senior veterinarian with a strong clinical leadership background, you will be responsible for providing top-tier veterinary care to our clients in the Lake Macquarie and Newcastle region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of veterinarians and nurses in providing exceptional patient care and customer service
  • Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure high standards of care
  • Collaborate with our Specialist network to provide evidence-based diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Design and manage your roster to achieve a balance between work and personal life
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay up-to-date with the latest veterinary practices and technologies
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary degree from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations. You should also have at least 4 years of post-graduation experience in a clinical leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of veterinarians and nurses.
