We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Director to join our team at Greencross Vets Warners Bay. As a senior veterinarian with a strong clinical background, you will be responsible for leading our team of veterinarians and nurses in providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of veterinarians and nurses to deliver high-quality patient care and clinical services
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience
  • Collaborate with our Specialist network to provide expert advice and support to our team
  • Design and implement a roster that balances work and personal needs, ensuring a healthy work-life balance

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years post-graduation experience as a veterinarian
  • Strong clinical leadership and management skills
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop junior veterinarians and nurses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
