Project Coordinator

A key opportunity exists for a skilled professional to lead and manage the entire project lifecycle of capital investment projects from concept to execution.

  • Coordinating implementation, including ensuring the safety of the plant, products and personnel.
  • Providing preliminary analysis for projects, including building, utilities, services, equipment, and layout.
  • Supervising installation of equipment and ensuring compliance with defined requirements.
  • Updating/creating site technical drawings and documentation.
  • Executing basic and detailed design of the project based on corporate business principles, standards, local regulations and user requirements specifications.
  • Ensuring safety by design during both construction and operation of the plant.
  • Leading and coordinating the contribution of all stakeholders to implement the project in accordance with defined timing, cost and quality.
  • Coordinating efforts with start-up managers to ensure smooth transition to operations after qualification and verification of installation have been finalized.
  • Selecting, qualifying and coordinating contractors' activities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing cross-functional teams to deliver objectives aligned to project charters.
  • Implementing process improvements and managing resources effectively.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing leadership and guidance to team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in engineering field.
  • Strong analytical and budgetary skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate to drive high standards of performance and quality.
  • Self-management following defined KPIs/objectives and proactively tracking them.
