Requirements
  • Commercial Experience: 10+ years' experience in civil construction, with strong commercial leadership.
  • Background: Background in Quantity Surveying and cost management.
  • Knowledge: Deep knowledge of contract administration and commercial best practices.
  • Claim Management: Proven ability in managing claims, variations, and subcontractor performance.
  • Project Reporting: Skilled in project financial reporting and progress tracking.
  • System Knowledge: Experience with JDE (JD Edwards) systems is highly regarded.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a strategic mindset.
