Operations Excellence Lead

This role is centered around driving operational excellence, product quality, and supply chain efficiency through project delivery.

  • Analyze KPIs including OEE, Process Cycle Time, changeover times, labor management, deviations, and safety reports to drive performance improvements.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean events, standardization, simplification initiatives, and recognition systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement cost reduction improvements aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Hold an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Materials, Pharmaceutical, or Biological Sciences.
  • Prior experience in pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or FMCG is desirable.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Exhibit excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Have potential for future leadership roles.
