Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored study plans according to individual student needs.
  • Liaise between students, parents, and education providers.
  • Promote our services, including Visa services, OSHC, OVHC, and Professional Year.
  • Maintain after-sale service engagement to increase student retention.
  • Create and maintain accurate client information in our CRM system.
  • Other relevant student service duties.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent sales track record in a high-performance environment.
  • Vocational or tertiary qualification (Certificate IV and higher desirable).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proactive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and ability to handle pressure.
  • Understanding of Immigration systems/visa pathways.
