About this Role:

Supporting the recruitment of international students into Australia's programs is a key part of this role. The Enrolment Support and Admissions Manager will work closely with the team to maintain focus on achieving international team targets.

  • Leverage expertise to lead, train and support the enrolment support & admissions team to ensure targets are hit or surpassed.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with other departments and senior management to resolve issues and drive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to improving service levels within admissions as well as other projects and regional specific requirements.
  • Deliver comprehensive, professional and accurate information to students, parents and agents.
  • Collaborate with managers to meet reporting or compliance requirements.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in the international student market.
  • Proven sales and marketing skills, preferably in the international education space.
  • A track record of developing and implementing marketing and sales plans.
  • Experience leading and coaching a team.
