Identity Access Management Solution Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Identity Access Management Solution Engineer to play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, providing expert technical advice, and delivering solutions aligned with industry best practices and security standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of identity protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, WS-Trust) and experience in continuously improving IAM solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats. They will also have the ability to work in a team environment and independently manage workload and priorities.

The job requires a minimum of 2 years' experience with PingIDM, PingAM, and PingDS, or any of the products previously known as ForgeRock. Familiarity with the ForgeOps model is highly desirable. Strong preference for candidates with IAM development experience, though experience in configuring IAM products with some exposure to development aspects is also valuable.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of customisation processes, the development/testing lifecycle, and adherence to source control principles. Experience in software development is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with industry best practices and security standards.
  • Design, implement, and support IAM solutions with ForgeRock.
  • Develop automation and integrations to improve capability and support continuous improvement.
  • Enhance solutions optimising for scalability, resilience, performance, and user experience.
Requirements:
