Key Role

The Department of Customer Service is seeking an experienced IAM engineer to drive the development of Identity & Access Management platforms.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of identity lifecycle, access provisioning, and authentication technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and other identity protocols.
  • Experience with IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, ForgeRock, or similar.
Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions including identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and privileged access controls.
  2. Act as a technical escalation point for complex identity-related issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic challenges.
  3. Drive IAM maturity initiatives and mentor junior engineers to build team capability.
  4. Manage and enhance authentication and authorization platforms, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls.
  5. Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements through continuous process improvement and automation.
