  • Assume responsibility for the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of data systems ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.">
  • Administer operating systems, implement security protocols, and develop recovery procedures to safeguard against potential threats.">
  • Analyze complex problems and devise innovative solutions using standard procedures while continually developing advanced skills.">
  • Collaborate with multiple IT vendors to ensure timely completion of IT projects and resolve any technical issues that may arise.">

The Ideal Candidate:

">
  • ">
  • Must be a skilled Australian citizen with an active AUS PV Clearance.">
  • Possesses a minimum Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.">
  • Has a minimum of five years of directly related technical, professional experience.">
  • Demonstrates extensive knowledge of TCP/IP networking principles in a Microsoft environment, including network topologies and transmission media.">
  • Currently holds Security+ Certification.">
  • Has technical support experience for Microsoft Windows 2012/Win7 and Linux operating systems.">
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN troubleshooting.">
  • Experience with IT support tools, ticketing systems, and remote desktop applications.">
  • Has worked in enterprise IT environments or supported large-scale systems.">
  • Exhibits excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.">
  • Displays strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.">
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Committed to maintaining confidentiality and following security protocols.">

This role will be located in Alice Springs. The position requires onsite work 100% of the time.
