Corporate Compliance Leader

The Corporate Compliance Director will play a crucial role in driving compliance across the enterprise. This individual will oversee the management of all elements of the company's Compliance Program.

This role will be responsible for fostering and maintaining a robust culture of compliance within a multinational organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations of all platforms utilized to manage all elements of the company's Compliance Program.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing compliance programs, with expertise in policy drafting and implementation, managing training initiatives and performing testing activities.

  • Oversight of the platforms utilized to manage all elements of the company's Compliance Program.
  • Assistance with the execution of the Corporate Compliance Program across the globe.
  • Design and implementation of the enterprise-wide compliance strategy and control framework.
  • Collaboration with key business functions to ensure policy interpretation and guidance on new requirements.
  • Monitoring and analysis of emerging regulatory and legal compliance requirements.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of compliance experience, and broad knowledge of industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent relational and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive results in an environment with evolving risks and finite resources.
