About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Men's Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) Facilitator to join our team at Relationship Matters. As a key member of our Family Violence Programs team, you will provide therapeutic group work and direct contact to men participating in our MBCP, working collaboratively with colleagues to engage and provide services to men using family violence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver group work in accordance with program guidelines for the MBCP
  • Provide direct contact and safety planning for service users participating in the program
  • Follow up on matters pertaining to service users, including risk management
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a relevant tertiary undergraduate degree or currently undertaking studies towards a relevant Bachelor degree in a human services field. You will also need to demonstrate experience in education or preventative programs, family violence intervention, and group work. Exceptional communication skills, a genuine team player attitude, and the ability to promote the profile of Relationship Matters in the community are essential.
