About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Gymnastics Coach to lead our gymnastics programs and drive excellence in customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement gymnastics programs that meet or exceed quality standards and customer satisfaction KPIs
  • Lead a team of coaches and drive a positive, inclusive culture of safety, sales, service, and operational excellence
  • Contribute to the recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising of staff
  • Resolve customer/parent queries and complaints with a service-first attitude
  • Coordinate gymnastics-related staff training and professional development
  • Facilitate effective communication between and within staff, as well as with customers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, including child safety standards
  • Ensure effective implementation and use of business systems to drive an efficient business operation
Requirements
  • Advanced Gymnastics Australia Coach Accreditation
  • Knowledge of gymnastic programs, particularly children's gymnastics
  • Current Gymnastics Australia technical membership
  • Annually updates gymnastics accreditation in accordance with Gymnastics Australia technical membership requirements
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check
  • Senior First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
