About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced Technical Engineer looking for a challenging role that utilises your expertise in Microsoft Servers and Technologies? Do you have a strong background in managing and maintaining complex infrastructure systems?

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on the management and maintenance of our Microsoft-based infrastructure platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements of environment-wide configurations including user policies, device policies, security policies, and automation scripts through enterprise-grade endpoint management platforms (MECM/SCCM).
  • Facilitating large and enterprise-scale software deployments.
  • Administration of Active Directory, Group Policy Management, RBAC, AppLocker, Server imaging.
  • Management of Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems environments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three plus years' experience in Microsoft Windows Server management, projects, and implementation and related technologies in large complex organisations.
  • Knowledge and a broad range of technical skills across various Microsoft products, both on-premise, and M365, including Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, and SCCM.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A high degree of organisational and time management skills, including demonstrated ability to meet priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including writing Standard Operating Procedures and user guides.
