As a Technical Solutions Expert at Dynatrace, you will drive meaningful customer outcomes and high sales growth in the Australia and New Zealand public sector segment, primarily ACT. You will lead continuous end-to-end sales cycles (new logo and expansion) to address customer business needs.

Your Role

You will:

  • Co-develop solution strategies and design end-to-end proof-of-concepts or workshops to demonstrate compelling & tailored solutions.
  • Certify and consult public sector prospects on business resilience, cloud acceleration & transformation, and unified observability and security solution use cases (powered by hypermodal AI and Automation).
  • Develop and demonstrate strong value and ROI for customers, ensuring transformational benefits, business resilience delivery, and happier teams, and customers' customer (citizens or other agencies).
  • Liaise with an integrated account team structure that includes but not limited to Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, Partner Sales Manager, Customer Success Engineer, Sales Development Rep, Services, and Support.

Requirements

To succeed as a Technical Solutions Expert at Dynatrace, you should have:

  • A minimum of 10 years of consulting or technology industry experience.
  • At least 5-7 years as a Solution or Enterprise Architect or similar role.
  • A strong background in SaaS solutions, complex sales cycles, value engineering, strong customer network in ACT, and public sector expertise.
  • Strong technical knowledge in DevOps, IT operations, platform engineering, modern cloud-native and traditional software architecture, full stack observability, security / SIEM, log analytics and management, and more.
  • A deep understanding of government value chain, regulatory compliance, security standards, buying process, and more.
  • Hands-on experience or industry certifications with technologies like Azure, AWS, Docker, Java, .NET, and more.
  • Industry speaker at tradeshows, conferences, and public sector events.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
