Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and representing our brand, its values, and culture.

Your primary objective will be to grow the club member base by generating new membership sales and managing existing relationships. You will also be responsible for lead generation, creating innovative techniques to attract potential customers and promote our facilities to local businesses and the community.

In this role, you will deliver engaging presentations and tours to prospective members, highlighting the features and benefits of our clubs. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with existing members, providing personalized interactions and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Management: Grow the club member base by generating new membership sales and managing existing relationships.
  • Lead Generation: Create innovative techniques to attract potential customers and promote our facilities to local businesses and the community.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and tours to prospective members, highlighting the features and benefits of our clubs.
  • Member Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing members, providing personalized interactions and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Financial Motivation: A driven individual with a focus on achieving personal targets and contributing to team success.
  • KPI Driven Environment: Experience working in a performance-driven environment with a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, including listening, understanding, empathizing, and influencing others.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles in a fast-paced environment.
