As AGL continues to shape the future of energy, we're seeking a talented Learning and Development Consultant to join our Change, Communications and Experience Design Team. In this exciting 12-month fixed-term role, you'll work closely with our customer-facing and operational teams to design and deliver innovative learning experiences that drive business change and best practice.

About the Opportunity:

This role presents a unique chance to make a lasting impact on our organisation and the lives of our customers. As a Learning and Development Consultant, you'll be responsible for undertaking discovery workshops to identify and shape learning requirements, designing contemporary learning materials for facilitated and digital delivery, and consulting with project leaders and change managers to drive business change and best practice.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and design innovative solutions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our customers and employees.
  • Consult with project leaders and change managers to drive business change and best practice.
  • Contribute to the development of our learning facilitators and deliver train-the-trainer briefings.
