Your Role

You will work closely with key stakeholders and the HR team to design and implement engaging learning and development (L&D) programs, building a strong learning culture to drive engagement and the achievement of organisational strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external, collaborating and consulting to deliver impactful learning solutions;
  • Understand the organisation's current learning landscape, effectively identifying opportunities and strengths to build a learning road map, aligned with organisational strategy;
  • Design, develop and facilitate engaging and practical learning activities to build both soft and technical skills. Key priorities include leadership development, onboarding, compliance, individual development plans and career pathways;
  • Lead value-add improvement projects utilising your industry expertise, driving both strategic and tactical activities.

Requirements

  • Proven success in delivering impactful, end-to-end L&D solutions, ideally within an industrialised environment;
  • Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong customer focus, allowing you to build trust and add value across diverse workforces;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to present conclusive recommendations and measure success;
  • Enjoyment in working autonomously, taking initiative and ownership for your body of work whilst also contributing to a team environment.
