Job Description\

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining safety management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and reviewing project planning and execution documents, as well as coordinating stakeholder engagement for draft document review;
  • Supporting the development of SMS policy and change management activities;
  • Managing the processing of documents through the Engineering Change Control Board and the Enterprise Change Board;
  • Ensuring accurate records management of SMS manual disposition register;
  • Coordinating the annual review of safety policy to ensure Defence Aviation Safety Regulations (DASR) compliance and broader enterprise alignment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in writing technical documentation;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
