Job Description:

The role of the Contract Management Expert is to support the Sales & Marketing and Project Execution within our Transformer Business Unit. This involves contributing to the successful performance of Contract Management with an analytical, hands-on, and autonomous approach.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the portfolio of contracts in the business follows contract and claim management methodologies in accordance with internal standard procedures. This includes reviewing and commenting on commercial and technical tender terms and conditions, analyzing prime contract terms, and cooperating with legal to draft, negotiate, and finalize agreements.

Additionally, the Contract Management Expert will identify the contract baseline, highlight areas of potential risk, and ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects in the portfolio of contracts. They will also verify that both parties to the contract have fulfilled their contractual obligations and assess the success of the contract.

Requirements:

  • Degree in law or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as Risk Management, Contract Management, Legal, or Commercial Roles.
  • Extensive experience in Contract Management functions and processes in project execution of EPC energy projects or similar industrial plants or manufacturing of complex industrial products.
  • Experience in working within internationally staffed teams and with international contractual partners preferred.
