We're seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our account management team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and excellent results for clients.
- Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through effective service levels and proactive issue resolution.
- Identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or client management in the digital marketing space.
- Agency experience preferred, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and web builds.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and solutions-focused approach to work.
