**The Ideal Candidate**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team at Pinnaclerecruit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on large-scale building construction projects, excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and strong attention to detail.

The role requires someone who can effectively manage procurement, subcontractor relationships, and financial oversight on major projects while mentoring and guiding junior team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  1. Coordinating Procurement and Managing Subcontract Agreements: Coordinating the procurement of materials and preparing and managing subcontract agreements to ensure successful project outcomes.
  2. Evaluating Trade Packages and Negotiating Terms: Evaluating trade packages, negotiating terms, and presenting tender recommendations to strengthen project delivery.
  3. Overseeing Contract Variations and RFI Processes: Overseeing contract variations and managing RFI processes to minimize project delays.
  4. Monitoring Project Expenditure and Delivering Financial Reports: Monitoring project expenditure and delivering regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  5. Ensuring Compliance and Identifying Process Improvements: Ensuring compliance with systems and identifying process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
  6. Mentoring and Guiding Junior Team Members: Guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

  1. A degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  2. 10+ years' experience in contract administration, ideally within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
  3. A proven track record of working on large-scale building construction projects.
  4. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Strong attention to detail with outstanding record-keeping abilities.
  6. Experience with contract administration software (JOBPAC preferred but not essential).
  7. The ability to work independently whilst also leading and mentoring others.
