Leadership Opportunity for Operations Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a leadership role and drive the delivery of operational management for our business unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, creating a positive workplace culture, and building strong working relationships.

To succeed in this role, you will need a relevant business degree qualification and extensive experience in a similar field. You must also have a deep understanding of the disability sector, knowledge of the NDIS, and Quality and Safeguards Framework, as well as experience in leading and managing teams.
