
Payroll Systems Administrator Position Available

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in payroll systems and excellent problem-solving abilities.
This role involves configuring, administering, and maintaining payroll systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with legislation and policies.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Configure and administer the payroll system to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Research, triage, and resolve payroll system issues promptly, minimising operational disruptions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design, scope, and deliver payroll system enhancements and new capabilities.
- Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and IT teams to manage project risks, issues, and decisions related to payroll systems.
- Essential Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience configuring and administering payroll systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Dayforce system building blocks and their alignment with industrial instruments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering, design, and testing of payroll solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
