Eye Care Professional Opportunity

Provide eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients, dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by optometrists.

Build meaningful relationships with clientele, assisting with store procedures and providing a unique service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care and styling advice for eyewear needs.
  • Dispense lenses and frames according to prescriptions.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Support opening and closing store procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in optical or 2+ years of retail sales experience.
  • Previous responsibility for store opening/closing duties.
  • Strong attention to detail, basic mathematical skills, and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships and work independently.

Preferred Qualification:

The Optical Dispensing Certificate IV is highly desired but not essential.
