Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Sales Department as a Car Care Consultant.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, including verbal communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship building abilities.

A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, have excellent written and communication skills, and a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office.

The key responsibilities of this position include personalising the new car purchase experience by promoting aftercare products to customers, working collaboratively with the Vehicle Sales team and Finance & Insurance team, preparing warranties and necessary paperwork, and providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience.

This role offers a remuneration package including base salary and a bonus plan where you will be genuinely rewarded for your hard work, in addition to working as part of a strong, supportive team culture.
