We are seeking a skilled Body Piercing Specialist to join our team at Essential Beauty Doncaster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform body piercings with precision and attention to detail, following high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
  • Educate clients about proper aftercare routines and provide clear instructions to ensure optimal healing.
  • Recommend quality jewelry options suited to each client's needs and preferences, offering expert guidance on safe, high-quality selections.
  • Welcome clients as they arrive, assist with check-in, and maintain a positive, inviting environment.
  • Manage appointment bookings over the phone and in person, ensuring efficient scheduling and management.
  • Answer client questions about services and products, providing knowledgeable, friendly advice.
  • Assist clients in selecting aftercare and beauty products, as well as recommending quality jewelry to complement their piercings.
  • Maintain the reception and retail areas tidy, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Process client payments accurately, handling both service and retail transactions.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in educating clients and recommending jewelry and aftercare products.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, balancing piercing services, reception duties, and sales.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if required.
