**Volvo Cars Essendon is searching for a professional, motivated, and performance-driven Aftercare Consultants to join our Sales Department.**
- Excellent remuneration package consisting of base salary and lucrative commission plan.

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Personalising the new car purchase by promoting a range of aftercare products to new and existing customers
- Work collaboratively with the Vehicle Sales team and Finance & Insurance team
- Preparing warranties and necessary paperwork for customers
- Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all customers
- Contributing to the achievement of dealership goals by meeting and exceeding KPI's

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Strong interpersonal skills including verbal communication, negotiation, influencing, and relationship building skills
- A genuine energy, focus-driven, results-orientated attitude
- Have excellent written, communication skills and a high level of computer literacy and exposure to Microsoft Office
- Being multi-lingual would be a great advantage
- Have right to work in Australia
- A current Australian driver's license
