Supply Chain Analyst Role

This role combines analytical responsibility with practical coordination of supply and distribution activities.

You'll contribute to improving customer service outcomes, analysing business processes, and enhancing how our supply chain functions from end to end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation and implementation of supply chain plans and service strategies that improve customer experience.
  • Analyse logistics, procurement, and delivery operations to highlight bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Evaluate business systems, workflows, and structures to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to planning and executing operational improvements across warehousing, transport, and inventory management.
  • Use data to prepare business cases and process improvement proposals.
  • Provide hands-on support in implementing approved improvements across systems and teams.
  • Share knowledge and support colleagues to build operational capability across departments.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related analytical or coordination role.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven ability to analyse data and suggest practical solutions.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and confident working across multiple teams.
  • Qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a similar discipline are beneficial.
