The key role is to develop and execute a coordinated global business development strategy that drives revenue growth. This involves working closely with the Executive Director Business Development to identify, manage, and respond to tenders and proposals.
The ideal candidate will have experience in successfully leading tenders and bid management for State and Commonwealth Government customers, preferably in employment, health, training, and outsourced government human services sectors.
A strong background in Business Development and solutioning is essential, along with a demonstrated understanding of products, services, and innovation within the Government Employment Services, Education, and Training sectors.
This leadership role requires managing large tender responses, developing service delivery models, pricing, and innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business Management, or related disciplines are desirable.
The successful candidate will be able to identify, introduce, and grow new business opportunities, including responding to advertised tender and grant opportunities. They must also demonstrate the ability to write winning tenders and lead a team of tender writers and contributors.
