About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at IPAR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Regional Team Leader and State Manager in managing our customer network and improving team knowledge and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational rehabilitation or claims management, with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers, providing return to work services, vocational counselling, job placement, and assessment services across various schemes, including Workcover, ComCare, DVA, and Life Insurance industries.

As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be expected to:

  • Manage a caseload of customers and provide high-quality rehabilitation services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of others and support the growth of our services
  • Work autonomously while contributing to a team culture and growth
  • Exceed performance targets, including RTW, Quality, and Service Delivery KPIs
