Environmental Specialist Role

About the Job
  • Conduct and manage fieldwork programs (soil, groundwater, surface water, vapour)
  • Deliver and contribute to project deliverables, including PSIs, DSIs, RAPs, and compliance monitoring
  • Manage and interpret environmental data to inform decision-making
  • Prepare technical reports to support project delivery
  • Assist with proposals, costings, and client communications
  • Work with subcontractors, regulators, and internal teams
  • Collaborate with our technical leads
Requirements
  • Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or similar
  • 3–7 years of consulting experience, ideally in contaminated land
  • Understanding of NSW environmental legislation, NEPM, and related guidelines
  • Strong written, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable in the field and confident in the office
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset, and willingness to learn and lead
