Join Our Environmental & Contaminated Land Team – Sydney

We're on the lookout for a Project or Senior Environmental Consultant to join our high-performing Sydney team. If you've got 3–7 years' experience and want to step up into a more diverse, hands-on, and respected role — this is it.

What You'll Be Doing

- Conducting and managing fieldwork programs (soil, groundwater, surface water, vapour)

- Delivering and contributing to PSIs, DSIs, RAPs, and compliance monitoring

- Managing and interpreting environmental data

- Preparing technical reports and supporting project delivery

- Assisting with proposals, costings and client communications

- Working with subcontractors, regulators, and internal teams

- Collaborating with our EPA-accredited Site Auditor and technical leads

What You'll Need

- Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology or similar

- 3–7 years of consulting experience, ideally in contaminated land

- Understanding of NSW environmental legislation, NEPM and related guidelines

- Strong written, analytical and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable in the field and confident in the office

- A proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and lead
