We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Advisor to support the delivery of our national projects.

About the Role

The Senior Environmental Advisor will be responsible for ensuring environmental risks are minimized and opportunities maximized across our project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement management plans, procedures, and tools aligned with our company systems.
  • Oversee daily environmental tasks based on project risk levels, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
  • Provide technical advice and assist with securing environmental approvals during bids and project phases.
  • Promote environmental awareness and build capability across project teams through guidance and collaboration.
  • Coordinate monitoring and reporting, including sustainability metrics, site inspections, and incident investigations.
  • Engage with stakeholders such as project teams, subcontractors, and clients to maintain strong environmental standards.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Environmental Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the construction or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong understanding of environmental legislation and approval processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
