Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR professional to partner with our branches and support our people across the business. This role will provide hands-on HR support, advice and coordination across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to drive recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Provide expert support and guidance on performance management, employee relations, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll processes
  • Develop and champion people initiatives such as employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing
  • Facilitate and improve onboarding and induction programs
  • Support policy development and training programs
  • Analyze and advise on employment legislation and company policies
  • Coordinate performance management and employee lifecycle documentation
  • Contribute to change management, succession planning and organizational development initiatives
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent business degree
Desirable Skills and Experience

You will have:

  • 3-5 years' work experience gained in customer service and/or relevant business environment
  • Strong communication, consultation, and conflict resolution skills
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • The ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and solve problems
