Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and process-focused individual to join our team as a Theatre Supply Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and distributing stock in a fast-paced environment, adhering to WHS and Infection Control guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Scanning and picking/packing of stock
  • Distributing stock to Theatre complex storerooms
  • Receiving stock deliveries to the hospital
  • Ordering stock using computer systems
  • Following up back orders
  • Liaising with internal and external customers
Skill Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of accuracy and time management, and previous experience in a supply role. Experience using SAP or other inventory control systems is highly regarded.

  • Demonstrated experience in a supply position; medical stock experience is an advantage
  • Experience with computerized inventory control systems
  • Excellent customer service focus
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft knowledge
