Job Description:The Advertising Revenue Manager is responsible for maximising revenue potential by meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role involves providing innovative multi-platform advertising solutions to customers and identifying business opportunities.
The Brisbane team works in the office Monday – Thursday and remotely on Fridays. As an Account Manager, you will be part of a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
- Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service, tailor presentations to client-specific needs, proactively prospect for new clients and business opportunities, achieve sales and market share targets, provide accurate forecasts, identify revenue opportunities, build strong relationships, develop expertise of the Paramount ecosystem, manage priorities and activities, and guide and mentor junior staff members.
To succeed in this role, you will need demonstrated experience in B2B selling, including new business development and proven results. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to determine client needs and design tailored solutions.
You should also possess strong negotiation skills, be able to ensure value is maximised for both clients and the business, and have excellent presentation skills. Additionally, you should be driven, ambitious, and capable of working autonomously and managing time effectively.
- Key Attributes: Proven track record in B2B sales, exceptional communication skills, ability to engage and influence target audiences, drive and ambition, capability to work independently, and great computer skills.
Previous media or advertising industry experience would be advantageous, but not essential. Familiarity with IBMS and/or Salesforce systems is also beneficial.
