About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding our presence in Melbourne's East and South Eastern Suburbs through proactive prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure. Key responsibilities include:

  • New Business Development - Identify and engage potential customers, developing tailored recycling solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Account Management - Foster strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales & Consultation - Provide expert advice on bins, compactors, and waste strategies to help customers optimize their recycling processes.
  • Market Growth - Stay up-to-date with industry developments and identify new opportunities for expansion and partnerships in the recycling sector.
Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in business development or account management.
