The Role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Professional to grow our footprint across Melbourne's East & South Eastern Suburbs. This role involves identifying approaching and securing new customers while also maintaining key relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business – Identify develop and secure new business opportunities.

  • Account Management – Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.

  • Sales & Consultation – Develop tailored recycling solutions advising on bins compactors and waste strategies.

  • Market Growth – Spot new opportunities to expand services and partnerships in the recycling sector.

  • Industry Awareness – Keep up with market trends and competitors to stay ahead.

About You

  • Proven sales experience preferably in business development or account management.

  • A confident communicator with great relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated organised and results-driven.

  • Understanding of recycling or waste management is an asset.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
