Job Title: Route Delivery Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Route Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to customers throughout Melbourne Metro with a focus on efficiency and safety. This includes:

  • Loading and unloading all outgoing goods, adhering to workplace safety limitations;
  • Assisting with picking and packing store orders in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining accurate records through regular stock takes;
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve daily branch requirements;
  • Participating in ad-hoc jobs as needed.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Demonstrate initiative and work independently when required;
  • Provide excellent customer service skills, responding to queries and resolving issues professionally;
  • Possess a current Australian driver's licence and basic computer literacy;
  • Maintain a smart and presentable appearance at all times.
