About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering tenancies for retail tenants within allocated shopping centres and projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely delivery and compliance with design, delivery, leasing and financial specifications.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Overseeing defect and rectification management processes through final inspections.
  • Preparing subcontractor's tender documentation.
  • Coordinating milestone dates for all works and ensuring agreed opening dates are achieved.
  • Conducting site inspections at various stages of fitout delivery.
  • Attending meetings with stakeholders, including property operations, leasing and centre management teams.
  • Providing reports on project variations, costs and completed projects.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A qualification in building or property disciplines.
  • Technical property operations expertise in trade or building services.
  • Knowledge of building regulations.
  • Experience working with retailers or landlords in store delivery.
  • The ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and collaborative work approach.
