Role Overview

Tenancy and Property Officers play a vital role in supporting the delivery of client-centered services to individuals and families seeking housing assistance or residing in public housing.

The role undertakes a range of tasks relating to tenancy and property management, as well as providing housing advice and assistance.

  • Assess clients' needs and provide advice on housing options from established policies and standards.
  • Prepare routine cases using well-established procedures and represent the organization at tribunal hearings.

This is a designated role. Only Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people are eligible to apply.
