Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee and ensure quality in moulding and injection processes. This includes validation and verification activities.

You will develop and execute control plans, process validations, and statistical analyses for moulding operations. Additionally, you will work with production teams to troubleshoot and optimize moulding processes to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as you will conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address quality deviations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing control plans
  • Validating and verifying moulding and injection processes
  • Collaborating with production teams to troubleshoot and optimize moulding processes
  • Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance metrology systems and pre-production readiness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in plastic injection/blow moulding processes
  • Skilled in conducting Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
  • Ability to interpret specifications and engineering drawings
  • Good understanding of metrology and measurement techniques
